HOLDEN MANZ ROSE


The wine is made in true Provence style. Dry and fruit driven, the wine is made from Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Granache, Cabernet Franc. The wine was matured on the primary lees for four months with regular batonnage intervals before blending, after which it was bottled.

HOLDEN MANZ CHARDONNAY


Citrus flavours with crisp minerality followed by subtle aromas of green apple and pear. The Wine undergoes a 10 month ageing in French Oak barrels with only a small part of this wine allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation.

A beautiful collaboration of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The nose portrays the berry and black fruit from the Cab Sav while the the spicey notes can be enjoyed from the Shiraz.

Dollops of violets, spiced quince and tomato bredie, with whiffs of fynbos and herb garden on a hot sunny afternoon. The tannins are firm yet refined and exquisitely rounded off the aromas of spice and fresh plum.
